Director of Strategic Programs 

Position Description Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director (ED), the Director of Strategic Programs will be responsible for all programs and services based on ACPN’s strategy, including managing existing programs, developing new programs, and program evaluations. The Director of Strategic Programs also includes oversight of an advocacy engagement plan with an expert, contracted resource. In this newly established role, the Director will foster and develop relationships with childcare providers to expand and strengthen ACPN’s membership.

Salary: $45,000 (minimum) - plus $2,000 sign-on bonus (50% at hire and 50% at the end of the program year)
