Requests for official paper (hard-copy) transcripts that are not submitted through the myDU portal must be submitted in writing with an original signature and contain the following information:
  • Name (including any other names used)
  • ID number (if known)
  • An approximate last date of attendance
  • The specific postal address where the transcripts should be sent
  • Number of copies
  • Signature

The cost for transcripts is $5 per copy for persons not currently attending classes at Dominican University.

Requests can be made in-person, by fax, or through the mail.

Stars Connect cannot honor phone or email requests.  Dominican University is unable to release transcripts received from other colleges or universities. Transcripts from other institutions must be obtained from the originating institution.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

You can pay the $5 paper transcript fee, using either a credit card or electronic check through Cashnet. Please print out and include the payment receipt with your transcript request.
